PATENT

TTS invented and developed in-house a unique chemical substance, TTS-750, and established a novel thermo-chemical process to clean sludge based on this chemical. TTS holds the patent rights for this chemical and therefore can offer a competitive advantage in sludge treatment and oil recovery from crude oil tanks, gas/oil separators and open pits. TTS method is based upon recovering hydrocarbons from crude oil sludge. Once the hydrocarbons from the sludge are mixed with fresh crude oil, they remain in suspension permanently. Since this is done in a closed circuit system, there is no wastage or pollution due to spillage in the environment.

TTS- 750

A petroleum based chemical with a ph value of 7 which is:

  • Non- abrasive.
  • Non- toxic.
  • Not affecting any down- stream equipment or process catalysts.
  • Very effective.

HEALTH HAZARDS

May be hazardous if inhaled, ingested or absorbed through skin. Vapors may cause dizziness or suffocation. Contact may irritate the skin and eyes. Ingestion and inhalation may cause headaches, nausea, dizziness and other symptoms of central nerve system depression . Repeated and prolonged exposure may cause dermatitis, excessive fatigue, reduced memory, pain and numbness in extremities and behavioral changes.

Move victim to fresh air and call emergency medical care, if breathing is difficult, give oxygen.
In case of contact with:
EYES – immediately flush with clean water for at least 20 minutes.
SKIN – wash skin with soap and water.
Remove and isolate contaminated and shoes at the site.
DO NOT induce vomiting.
Inhalation of materials ( hydrocarbons, alcohols, chemicals, etc. ) into the lungs due to vomiting can cause irritation, contaminated clothing should be cleaned with detergents before rewiring.

EMERGNCY AND FIRST AID PROCEDURES

Move victim to fresh air and call emergency medical care, If not breathing give oxygen. In case of contact, EYES – immediately flush with clean water for at least 20 minutes, SKIN wash skin with soap and water. Remove and isolate contaminated clothing and shoes at the site. In case of ingestion call a physician. Do NOT induce vomiting. Aspiration of the material ( hydrocarbons, alcohols, chemicals, etc ) into the lungs due to should be cleaned with detergents before rewiring.

Regulated No

SPILL OR LEAK PROCEDURES

Shut off ignition sources: no flares, smoking or flames in hazard area . stop leak if you can do it without risk.

Water spray may reduce vapor but it may not prevent ignition in closed spaces. Take up with noncombustible absorbent material and place in containers for later disposal.

Waste Disposal method:Contact an EPA or state approved facility.
